Delay & Schedule Sending are part of the most important features of automation. Cotano provides a very easy way to set up automation. Let's take a look at how 👇 Step 1: Open ''Templates'' window

Step 2: Move your mouse on a template and press on [...] at the selected template. How to create a template read here: https://help.cotano.me/en/articles/5415066-how-to-create-a-template

Step 3: Open ''Delay'' window

Step4: Choose a preferable delay time or set your own delay period. If you need to delay sending for just one minute select 1 minute at column ''minutes'' and press on the icon above. If you need to delay sending by the next event, just create an event (Event A & Event B on a picture) and press on ''Custom events schedule".

Example. The first template has one minute delay. The second has 30 seconds delay.
