Here are several ways to import contacts onto a board in Cotano. You can use Google Sheet, Excel File, Phonebook, special link or add a card manually.

How it works. Click on ‘’…’’ on the top of a list then select ‘’Import contacts’’.

Select preference way from a list. Ways are Phonebook, Excel File, or Google Sheet.

Also, users are able to add a card manually. Just click on ‘’Add contact’’ on a list and fill in a field (name and phone number), then click on “Save.
