Each user with the right of Admin is able to invite another user to a board.

How it works. Click on the menu icon ’’…’’ in the right up corner of the screen to open a menu. Then select ‘’Add member’’.

After a window ‘'Add member’’ is opened, type in an Email/Phone number of a recipient or select several from suggestions. Select recipient's rights (role) on a board, and click on «Send invite".

Please, pay attention! You can write a text to the invitation. All invited users will receive a written text with a link to join Cotano.

Cotano has the following roles

1. Admin is a user who has full board functionality as well as the ability to use all settings and invite other members.

2. Member is a user who has full board functionality except are the ability to edit board settings and invite other members.

3. Guest is a user who has full board functionality except are the ability to use settings and invite other members. Also, guest cannot reassign contacts, doesn't see other members and their contacts on the board.

After a link is opened, Cotano shall ask the recipient to download an application and join a room.

Then recipient needs to verify the Email or Phone number with a confirmation code.
