Each user in Cotano is able to create a new board for personal or shared use. To create an edition board click on the list of open boards icon on the top left.

Scroll down and click ‘Add Board’. Then write a name of another board, select ‘Allow members to view cards of another board’ or not, and click ’Save’

Another board has been created.

Admin of a new board is able to invite members into the board. How it works read in the article ‘Invite new members into a board’.
